Time to Start Moving In!
Final Walk‑Through Inspection
Conduct a final walk‑through the day before or the day of closing to confirm agreed repairs are complete, contingencies are met, and the seller’s belongings are removed.
Closing
At closing you, the seller, and the closing agent will sign settlement documents, fund the remaining balance, and finalize the transaction. Funds can be delivered via certified check or electronic wire as specified on the settlement statement. The deed will be recorded at the County Recorder’s office, and ownership transfers to you.

Tips For Buying The Perfect Home

Don’t Max Out Your Budget
Approval for a maximum loan amount is not a recommendation to spend it all. Reserve funds for closing costs, taxes, and immediate repairs or upgrades.
Get To Know The Area
Evaluate proximity to schools, transit, shopping, and long‑term resale drivers.
Don’t Skip The Inspection
A thorough inspection uncovers issues that affect maintenance budgets and valuation.

Get Pre-Approved
A pre‑approval signals to sellers that you are a qualified, serious buyer.
